90 Minutes to Restore Power: Shinde


New Delhi, Jul 31 (IANS): Power would be restored by about 3.45 p.m., Power Minister Sushilkumar Shindu indicated Tuesday. Addressing reporters at around 2.15 p.m., he said it would take 90 minutes for normalcy to return to the 10 states affected by the failure of the Northern and Eastern grids.
