This time police effort is really praiseworthy. Whichever group they belong to but all are look like professional rowdies. Unfortunately our peaceful and beautiful district is losing its charm due to existence of groups like Sene, Sanghas and Vedekes because members of these groups are unemployed youngsters/brutes without any ethics in life. In my opinion all the jails should impart moral education to make them good citizens of India. All the credit goes to media for their vital role in publishing such incidents to the public. Great job by Daijiworld in particular as our twin districts people are immensely getting benefited. Keep it up Daiji.

I really feel sad for these people. Lot of commentators humilating these guys as if they are not human beings. If you think they have done wrong and punsihment will correct them you are completely wrong. We are responsible for creating these people. I blame to entire society for this. These guys are just the small pawns. The real culprit will keep growing without in this picture and we will be busy in punishing these guys. When everything is cool down he will generate some more criminals. These youths already spoiled their lives and one more bunch of youths will ready to spoil. I know these guys never want to work, they get food from for free, Drinks in the evening with some real estate agent or local broker (culprit, real evil). When they go home their parents keep shouting all the time because they are jobless. So finally they adopt this way. People like Nayak, Shetty support them calling them as heroes and never end up into these situations as their heroes does. My sincere request to everyone please don't let these kind of criminals born your surrounding. Try to save them becoming criminal it could be anybody close to you. Never encourage a person if he is doing bad thing.

it is indeed a shame what happened in our beautiful town. i felt like going to the streets and joining all the protests going on. then suddenly I realized that this is what even the culprits want us to do. they just want to be in news and make a mark so that every one will know them. very smart way of marketting themselves. see what happened in 2009. who knew rama sene before 2009?? Now they are called to all the TV debates, they have their own racket of extorting money in the form of donations and so many other things. The intentions of the recent attacks are quite similar. I don't think they are really bothered whether people are partying and culture and all what they claim. the real intention is to make a mark and then make quick money. what we don't realize is that we are actually marketing them. The people who are arrested and beaten up are just the face the real leaders are to be blamed and nothing happens to them.if we really want to protest and make sure it doesn't repeat in future, then we should all stop protesting and the media should not cover the incident at all. let the police handle the culprits and torture them without any publicity. If this happens then I am sure they will never repeat it.

The police should first ask the girls and boys to sign the complaints of molestation, attack at private party and attempt to rape. They are only arresting them and later bail them out.My question is who will be the witness during court trial. The Video and the culprit's statement will not help at the court. The Judge will ask to check the authenticity of the video footage and then it will be sent for forensic lab in Bangalore and the results will be negative. The video has paused many times until the police arrived. The case needs a strong witness who can identify these boys at the court trial stage.

He is a sex pervert. Cut his hands and remove his dirty eyes and make him blind so that henceforth he will not dare to touch any girl.

This incident must have been orchestrated by a mastermind (a coward communal leader) using these unemployed youths from poor families. This is the history of our coastal towns where youths from poor families are used in street fights by emotional blackmail in the name of religion. These leaders (cowards) are always behind the scene enjoying life in the AC rooms.

Like this, lives of many youths are spoiled by these masters and still the people fall prey to the little money and emotions. In this incident the mastermind has failed miserably and hence now they are circulating false stories about victims so that they get people’s support.

We in coastal districts have to stand united against designs of these cowards who always attack on weak people. Their leader will run away along with the gang when confronted by the strong people.

Your counterpart, the National Commission for Women member Nirmala Venkatesh was in spotlight for all the wrong reasons when she visited the Amsesia Pub in Jan 2009. Upset with the report of Nirmala on the Mangalore pub incident, the ministry of women and child development issued a notice seeking an explanation for her remarks on the recent pub attack and for dereliction of duty, .

Her comments on the spot and her report she has submitted to the ministry was different. It was clearly indicating her benefits.

Hope Ms.Manula will come out clean. Chances are very less.
