Is this a joke. Every street has overflowing garbage bins- I was shocked to see street urchins vying with dogs/ cats to get at the plastic bags and left over food in the bins I was even told by one urchin to give him by garbage bags as he would put it in the bin only to notice that he emptied the bag near the bin & took out some leftovers lying in the bag and then the plastic bag itself leaving the rest of the contents by the side of the mountain of garbage- the bin was of no use as the bottom was corroded.
Come on MCC, this is a horrible sham

This is called a show without substance. First take a walk behind MCC building and look at the filth there. Stagnated water in few places, trash near the end gate where vehicles are parked, grass and weeds as bed for mosquitoes plus check the roof(terrace)above Corporation Bank in MCC building and feel the pinch of malaria. Near Kadri Pumpwell bus stand there is a Air Bleeder Valve installed in a chamber which is open. There is so much water is standing for mosquitoes to breed in that chamber. I have physically showed this problem to suspended JE Roopa,Ex Mayor Dugganna,my Corporator Ashok DK, and spoke about this problem to Health Dept. No result at all. Then MCC is organizing these fake shows with banners. More than a year and still fighting with MCC Health Dept. to get the Garbage Trucks covered while filled with trash. But still I am seeing no progress as it looks like dog chasing the tail to catch. Some time back I have informed the Malaria dept. about Tender Cocoanut shells stored and the official asked me to take a photo and show Him.
If I do it,then I will be doing double job as tax payer plus Anti Malaria inspector. This is MCC at work.

Malaria,Dengue are comman diseases are to be faced in the Mansoon season.Dengue is fatal. The comman way to fight aganist these diseases by avoid breeding points of mosquitoes near your surroundings and your home too.A continued vigilence through Mcc ,the water stagnant areas, a added point while controlling these mosquitoes and thier breedings.A awareness among us all through posters ,booklets or through Tv channels a helping hand while controlling these deadly diseases to an extent.

MCC please also undertake a cleaniness drive in the city. Clear the city of garbage and evict squatterers and beggars. Of late some new beggar gang is seen in the city near the signal lights. They run around the vehicles to beg when they stop at the signal. The women are having small babies with them and there is also a lame man who was seen today at Hampankatta signal lights - on the middle of the road with vehicles when vehicles were moving and that too right under the nose of the police.

I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THE CORPORATION
WHERE ARE THE FOGGING MACHINES BOUGHT FOR MALARIA CONTROL.?
    Why aren't they being used
Why are violaters / builders not being heavily fined ?
No use having meetings and parties start CONTROL NOW !
DO YOU HAVE TO CALL FOR A MEETING TO DECIDE ON HOW TO TACKLE MALARIA .?
A 7 times victim of the generous gift from the corpn.
