Many Kgs of weed might be found in hostels if the authorities raid.. it is very common in colleges.
I personally feel weed must be legalized and heavily taxed by the government. Government is only helping the suppliers and growers by not taxing them as they are gonna grow and harvest anyway.!

One might say its harmful and all that.. but what good does liquor or tobacco do anyway.?
We are better off making it legal and ensuring the government gets taxes and consumers get quality.!

    1)Monthly Monetary by the supplier.
Surprise to hear cops confiscated 565Gms of Ganja. Instant raids to the hostels (Boys hostel & Girls hostel) jails will accumulate more do a home work on the grass root levels where u can minimize the consumption but u cannot eliminate it.Ganja is promoted by the consumers word of mouth

Just wait for few days, some Political Party will hold play card to show solidarity to Abdul Razak just to show they are the well wishers of his community. No body except present Karnataka Government will support Police Department to curb the drug mafia going on in Udupi/Manipal College Campus
