Santhosh..Holding power means not necessarily CM seat.Did you notice that being out of power in Karnataka,he is playing shots!!Can Shettar dare to say no to Yeddy?Take for example of 250000 SAALA MANNA of farmers!!It is purely on the behest of YEDDY!!!There are more untold political reasons to Yeddy to snap the relationship with BJP.I am even not sure, what is the fate of Siddu after the election and that being said how could I predict about Yeddy? It all defends on number game.Yeddy may form new political outfit before election and if he able to get40-50 MLAs nothing is impossible.Under the given circumstances,Yeddy weighing plus and minus if remains in BJP and therefore asking H.Command Numero Uno post!!!Next election will write the future of YEDDY,SIDDU,PARMESHWAR,HDK,ISH,
SHETTAR and MOTAMMA.BUT some are how YEDDY and SIDDU's future are @ stake in particular.

If one weighs properly JD(S) has the ability to govern. Kumaraswamy has proved to be a good leader when he was in power and a able opp leader. Janata Dal rule in past was much better than Cong and BJP. Kumarawamy has learnt his lessons and may correct his severe mistakes comitted. He is the right choice out of 3. BJP though is a strong power may get less seats this time because of poor show. Congress cannot rule as nobody to lead.Congress is a waste. There is a danger congress may be again lead by aged leaders of centre who are disastrous.

Even though BJP is doing blunder after blunder Congress is not in a position to capitalize on that because they are also birds of same feather. Negative votes of BJP need not necessarily go to Congress. Because when all are 'evils' people try to elect "lesser evil". But if no such option is available to voters and all are 'equal evils' then people prefer to abstain from voting. This is the position in our state now.
Just see how cong has responded about Homestay attack. They have woken up after one month! Unless Cong tries to win back the votes of Billava community all their strategy will fail. While all other Hindu communities are equally divided between BJP and Cong, it is the Billava votes which had tilted the scale in favour of BJP last time. So, concentrate on Billava, Mogaveera and other backward caste votes Mr. Ramanand Rai. Only the Votes of Muslim, Christians, & Dalits will not suffice.

Congress will not win next Karnataka assembly election in 2013, they might slightly improve their tally than last assembly elections, JD(S) will do much better, may get 40 to 45 seats, BJP will be single largest party may win 100 to 105 seat, mostly in North Karnataka, Shimoga, Chicmagalur, UK, DK and Udupi district, lingayata's will vote in favour of BJP more than last assembly election, Vokaliga's will support JD(S) more than Congress. Minority votes will go for Congress, most of the muslim votes will go towards JD(S) this time, Congress will suffer due to no mass leader as CM candidate, Siddu & Parameshwar are no match for Kumaraswamy & Jagdish Shettat as CM candidates, Yedurappa will not leave BJP, but will take centre stage for BJP campaign, he will have a major say in distribution of MLA tickets, in DK & Udupi district minorities will vote for congress, but bjp will get massive vote from majority hindu's, home stay attack will not do any impression in DK. In Gujarath BJP will again win, but loose lot of seats, but Modi will be CM again. In Karnataka it will be Congress-JD(S) combined Government, but will not last long. This is the right projection. The losers are we people of Karnataka for not voting right candidate and not giving mandate to single party.

Agree with your mature comment "Yeddy can't survive with out hold of power and if the situation goes like this Yeddy will give talaaq to bJP very soon". In that case if congress wins with the support of YEDDY, will congress give him CM seat??? as you said he cannot survive without power, if not within no time Congress will also get TALAAQ. Does it make any sense??
Plan of Expecting the support from YEDDY & JDS clearly shows that congress is lacking confidence in earning public confidence b'cos of their nonstop SCMAS.

Why all of you blame congress or BJP for no fault of theirs.
You voters did not give mandate to one party. Then you could say BJP or Congress.
Here Congress as majority is tied up with many other parties who are blackmailing them on various wise decisions for the betterment of all Indians. On top of it they have to deal with useless BJP who hinder progress by boycotting Parliament meetings. Why blame all this on Congress. You voters are to be blamed.
This coming election decide on one party. Then that party at the centre can deliver good governance.
Although I favour BJP, recently I find them inefficient in managing State Politics hence useless at the centre.
    Vote for a new party
Cong.BJP.JDS are all corrupt parties and we fell for their promises during every election for so many years.
Vote for a new party. Even if they do not do well, they will be better than those corrupt parties who are only after peoples' money

Congress is under impression due to misrule of BJP automatically it will be ed. Its riding on BJPs severe mistakes rather than its own achievent in state. Its achievement is rather zero as opp party. centre where we have only 2 options but In state we have three options. 3Rd option eventhough week can rise up to a potential contender as the election appraches. If 3Rd option rises rapidly congress and bjp may have to sit in no 2 or 3 positions.Looking at the current scenerio and achievements congress or BJP do not deserve any chance in the power in Karnataka(both are bad candidates)

But we are not ready to vote you congies who looted our country for last 60 years. BJP is no more a party of saint, but still much better than corrupt congress. So we have only two option no either not to or elect best among the worst. So best among the worst political party is BJP. So it's better to elect BJP again rather than electing mother of corrupt political party congress.

Congress all set for elections, fine! Do not be over confident! Have you taken up the issues concerning the citizens and Governments failures effectively as opposition party in the Assembly? What are your commitments to people? Now Congress is NOT like it used to be before its Govt. had the courage/ determination to separate Bangladesh from Pakistan, weaken the enemy Country and save future wars. It is coalition era, those times are gone. Show your abilities in organizing and networking with people. BJP is better in organizing and highlighting Govt. failures. However their major weakness is no courage to take action and prevail on those splinter groups, taking law in their hand and disturbing the peace and harmony in society. Otherwise BJP would have been better alternative to you.

Congress has totally miserablly failed opposition in state . They have misused various golden opportunities in ousting most corrupt BJp government. Morever they do not have able leaders. There is no iota of single incident they properly capitalised to ousting most corrupt BJP. They even did not support JD(S) in exposing BJP. Whatever issues are exposed against BJP are from JD(S). JD(S) has played a effective opposition and not Congress. With more and more corruptional issues coming out in congress its right time to keep out Congress in state along with corrupt BJP.Though they had several CMS in past their record is rather poor in all fronts. Congress and BJP have misused peoples confidence and must be kept out

Congress Leaders may be ready for elections, but voters may not be... Congress has more scams as feathers to its crown than BJP. If allegations on BJP is in single digit numbers of Crores, Congress has Lakhs of Crores, eg: CWG, Adarsh, 2G, Coalgate, Thorium, etc. Definetly Congress will have to keep chanting their own mantra, make morchas, as it will be difficult to convince on their allegations. Congress at this juncture, hardly has chance of gaining the power.
