Because these so-called KHAKEES getting HAFTA from these looters that is why they did not register the complaints against the looters. Not to suspend these KHAKEES better to terminate from the service then that is the lesson for other KHAKEES too.

If I have a laptop GBP USD I can't travel by an auto or a public bus? Common give me a break! This fellow is is a mutt think otherwise & big show off. Must be earning AED 1000 who comes to his village once in 2 years with goggles & a spray all over without bathing asli gulfy...and a corrupt brains!

The crux of the matter is why did the authorities refused to register a complaint? One reason for sure, the thieves must be their own! There is no other reason.

Punishment - Jail them with hard labour and suspend them for life not only for refusing to do their duty but for being irresponsible.

A NRI travelling in Rickshaw with Passport, laptop, 120 Pounds and 50,000 Rupees in cash………………. But travelling where to where? Sure there should be another side of story too. But nothing wrong in registering case if requested by any individual. I thing PSI made the “Faisla” that if you lost everything before lodging the complaint then you left with nothing to gain from registering case.
