Sharjah: Lourdes Kanajar Open Volleyball, Throwball Tournament on Dec 2

Sharjah, Sep 20: LKAE will host its 9th annual Volleyball and Throwball Tournament on December 2 this year at the Wonderers Sports Club, Sharjah. The event has attracted a large number of teams and spectators in the UAE for the past 8 years.

The day-long event is going to be a fun-filled family extravaganza with lots of spot prizes, raffle draw followed by distribution of trophies soon after the grand finale. Besides three main trophies, there will also be individual trophies and certificates that shall be given to outstanding performers.

The tournament will start at 8.30 am sharp as in the past 8 years, which has been a key factor for the success of this tournament so far. The tournament rules shall remain the same as in the past, and LKAE will call for a meeting of team captains or managers at least a week prior to the tournament.

Interested teams are requested to register themeselves by sending an email to LKAE@kanajaronline.com or vijaybarboza@hotmail.com or joykanajar@gmail.com on or before November 1. The registration fees will be Dhs 250, which must be paid along with the registration form to sports coordinator Alwyn D’Souza or to treasurer Joy D’Souza once LKAE accepts your registration.
