Kasargod: Man Accused in Several Cases Escapes Police

Kasargod, Sep 21: An accused is said to have escaped, when police attempted to arrest him with the warrant order from court here at Uluvari near Kumble on Thursday September 20 morning around 3 am.

Lathif (30), the culprit is alledged to be involved in many cases.

The Belgaum court had issued a warrant against him as he was a master mind behind a bank robbery here recently.

He has been reported to be absconding from the police.

On Thursday morning, a police team headed by P Narayan, Kumble circle inspector went in search of him at his residence.  Lathif is said to have pushed the police and escaped by jumping into a nearby pond.

Even after the search operation was conducted to trace the absconding, efforts went in vain.

Investigation by the Kumble police are on.

    MAN ACCUSED ESCAPED PUSHING THE POLICE MEANS HE MUST BE EATING "KALLE-PURI" THERE. THIS ALL HAPPENS IN SCREEN BUT VERY SORRY TO HERE IN REALITY.
