Bantwal: Bike Skids Killing Pillion Rider at Jakribettu

Bantwal, Sep 22: A pillion rider died as the biker lost control and skid near Jakribettu on Thursday September 20.

The deceased has been identified as Sandesh (23), resident of Modankaup.

The incident took place around 11 pm, while he was riding along with his friend Prashanth after Ganeshotsava celebration in Vagga.

Soon after the incident, he was rushed to hospital but efforts went in vain as he died on the way.

A case has been registered at Bantwal city police station.
