Fujairah: Canara Catholics Association Celebrate Nativity Feast

Fujairah, Sep 22: The Nativity of Our Blessed Mother was celebrated at the church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Fujairah, under the banner of Canara Catholics Fujairah on Friday September 21.

The high mass in Konkani was celebrated at 10.30 am. Fr Rodson Goez from Sharjah was the celebrant. In his homily Fr Rodson emphasized on love and togetherness in the family life.



The Konkani choir together with the faithful, sang the beautiful hymns. After the mass the children went in a procession at the church compound and showered flowers in front of the grotto.

Later, all gathered in the church hall. The president of CCF, Lancy Dantis welcomed and greeted everyone. Novem was served to all. Vegetarian food prepared by the committee members of CCF was served for all attendees. Anil Cutinha  compeered the programme.
