Sharjah: Karnataka Sangha to Host Mayura Cup on Nov 23

Sharjah, Sep 26: Karnataka Sangha Sharjah, registered under Indian Association Sharjah, will host a grand 'Mayura Cup 2012' tournament on November 23 this year at Wanderers Sports Club, Sharjah, to mark their decennial celebrations.

The mega event will include throw ball for both ladies and men, volley ball, kabbadi and cricket tournament for men. Many teams and spectators are expected to participate in this mega event.

Special guests from UAE as well as from India are expected to arrive and inaugurate the event. During the tournament, Karnataka Sangha Sharjah has decided to hold Karnataka Rajyotsava Day celebration in a special way.

The tournament will start at 8 am sharp and the organizers will gave away plenty of prizes along with various trophies. Further, as part of this mega event there will be cricket tournament scheduled to be held on Friday September 28 at Zabeel cricket ground.

Interested teams (expect for cricket) are requested to register their participation in advance and mail to Karnatakasanghasharjah@gmail.com on or before October 31.
