Udupi: Samruddha Jeevan Foundation Organizes Blood Donation Camps

Udupi, Sep 27: Samruddha Jeevan foundation organized blood donation camps at Mother Sorrow School, KMC, here on Tuesday September 26.

Over 2,000 blood donation camps were organized across 20 states covering 413 cities. Blood collected from the camp at Mother Sorrow School will be given to Ajjarkad government hospital and the blood collected from KMC will be used for charitable purpose.

Dr Sudha Bhay, blood donation camp in-charge, appealed the youth to come forward and donate blood. There will be no loss for the donor and a life can be saved, she added.

Chief guest Dr Sharath Kumar in his speech said, “Blood purification is an essential aspect of one’s life. This will keep a donor healthy and happy. By donating blood many diseases will be cured.”

Fr Fedrix Masculonus, Mother Sorrow Church, Jayaprakash (manager of Samruddha Jeevan) were present.
