Bangalore : Dreamliner Suffers Bird Hit, Passengers Unhurt

Bangalore, Sep 27 (PTI) : The incident happened at around 9 AM when the Air India flight (AI 803) from New Delhi with 127 passengers on board was landing at the Bangalore airport.
The aircraft made a normal landing and all the passengers were de-planed safely, sources added.

Air India has recently inducted two Dreamliners in its fleet, after a delay of over four years by the US aircraft maker Boeing.

As a part of the original delivery schedule, all the 27 Dreamliners, ordered by the national carrier in 2006, Boeing had to commence the delivery in 2008.

    Dear Friend
This incident happened in Bengaluru and not in Mumbai. This menace is aplenty in India due to slums mushrooming near airports.
