Dubai, Oct 2 : KONKAN BELLS, Belthangady Varado association in UAE are all set to celebrate their 1st anniversary at Wanderers Club Sharjah on 9th of November, 2012.

Blessed by Virgin Mary, Konkan Bells had recently celebrated Monti Fest at Fortune Plaza Hotel Al Ghuises, Dubai with great fervor having over 250 members from all 10 parishes of Belthangady varado.  Also Jeevan Vas who hails from Ujire Parish was honored for his great efforts to make a tremendous entry in Gulf Voice of Mangalore’s Semifinals who now has bagged the competition as Winner with 6 contestant in the final category.

Konkan Bells who have always strived to do charity works as their main objective have supported many social activities in the past supporting their co-brethrens back home.

The 1st anniversary will be an sports event with Kabbadi & Volleyball Tournaments for Men and at the same time Throwball Tournament for Men and Women which is open to all Kannadigas residing in the UAE.

The programme which is scheduled to be at Wanderers Club, Sharjah will start at around 7 AM and conclude at 6 PM.
