Mangalore, Oct 5: Applications are invited for 'Pingara Rajyotsava Award 2012', from achievers from any field and who hail from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Kasargod districts, living anywhere in the world.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony to be held on November 20 at Town Hall this year.
The last date to submit the application is October 20.
This is the eighth Rajyotsava Award given by Pingara. Earlier the honour was bestowed on Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade, Harikrishna Punaroor, Alva's Education Trust chairman Dr M Mohan Alva, Grace Pinto of Ryan International School, Walter Nandalike of Daijiworld, Mandd Sobhann, Mangalore, and journalist Kuntady Dayanand Pai, Karkala.
