Kasargod, Oct 8: With a view to save and conserve rural culture and to create awareness among the younger generation, the fifth annual 'Bambrana Gramotsava' was organized at Bambrana field, Kumble on Sunday October 7.

People of all age groups, irrespective of caste and creed took part enthusiastically in the day-long programme held in the slush fields.

In order to spread the fragrance of rural traditions, different games, activities and cultural programmes were held in the field. The enthiasiasm and spirit of the people present on the occasion made it clear that they were proud to be born and brought up in Tulu Nadu.
