Mangalore, Oct 13: The Dasara special issue of Kannada quarterly news magazine ‘Athmashakthi’ was released by Chittharanjan K, president of Shree Brahmabaidarkala Kshetra, Kankanady, Garadi, here at the Press Club on Friday, October 12.

He expressed his gratitude over releasing the news magazine and said that Athmashakti carries varied information owing to help the people.

‘Athmashakthi’, edited and published by K Vaman on behalf of Brahmashree Narayana Guru Swamy Prakashana and Charitable Trust, Mangalore, has been advocating the necessity of helping the economically poor families, distribution of scholarship to students, arranging medical camps in rural areas and also organized essay competitions for college students.

The guests were welcomed by Sadananda D S, president of Brahmashree Narayana Guruswamy Prakashana and Charitable Trust. Vaman K, chief editor, Athmashakti, Chittaranjan Bolar and Muddu Moodubelle were also present on the occasion.
