First question, is kerosene utility is illegal.
If the seller has robbed kerosene and then police have arrested the seller, then there is some logic.
if he vendor is selling kerosene only for his survival, then, why police have to catch this person. They should have given him advise & warning, saying this is illegal or he may require permission to sell it.

Our govt. and govt. officials only knows how to harass common citizens, no proper guide lines, one rule of the rich and other for the poor always the downtrodden, poor will be harassed in the name of law.

    Isn't it disgusting.?
