Udupi, Oct 16: Lioness district cultural competition, 'Madhushobe 2012' was held at Shubhodaya Hall, Westind Country Club here on Sunday October 14.

The cultural festival/competition was inaugurated by lighting the ceremonial lamp by the first lady of the district, Lns Shobha M Hegde, district Lioness coordinator and Lns Vijaya Gopal Bangera, Lns district.

District governor MJF Ln Dr Madhusudan Hegde, first vice district governor MJF Ln H N Shiv Kumar, second vice district governor PMFJ Ln Suresh Prabhu and PMFJ Ln Sapna Suresh, chief advisor Lioness council MJF Ln Dr Ravindranath Shetty, chairperson, district Lioness activity MJF Ln Gopal C Bangera, district Lioness secretary Lns Vaishali S Shetty and Lioness district treasurer Lns Veena V Kamath were present.

The district Lioness cultural activities convenors Lns Veena N Kudva and Lns Mallika A Shetty organised the grand event. A mammoth crowd witnessed the programme.
