Ex-judges to Probe Three IAC Members: Kejriwal

New Delhi, Oct 19 (IANS): India Against Corruption (IAC) Friday said that retired judges will probe three of its key members following charges of corruption and wrongdoing.

"There have been allegations against Prashant Bhushan, Anjali Damania and Mayank Gandhi. We will present all the proof to (our internal) Lokpal, and if the charges against anyone is found true, that person will be told to leave our party," Kejriwal told reporters here.

The three members of the Lokpal will include retired judges A.P. Shah and Jaspal Singh, he said.

"They are our party's internal Lokpal," he said, adding IAC would send the cases against the three to the panel Monday. The panel will be asked to complete its enquiry at the earliest, preferably within three months.

Kejriwal added that those who have evidence of wrongdoing against the three could contact the judges.

Mr. Kejriwal, a very good move keep it up.
I request Mr. Kejriwal not to even enter into his own political party, instead the best team headed by few able leaders from outside. But you should form an Internal Lokpal of the party attached to it, to check the honesty of the politicians you have ed in the years to come. All the members of your party are subject to inquiry by this Internal Lokpal and their decision is final and the corrupt members have to face the music, even to the extent of dismissal.
Politics is a different ball game and over the period of time it will turn more dirty and murkier. If you remain outside the party and strengthen the Internal Lokpal of your party, nothing like it and nobody can shake your party. The whole political system will get revolutionized and become clean that will re-establish propriety in public life.
    Jai ho, Aam Aadmi!

Prashant Bhushan, Anjali Damania and Mayank Gandhi themselves are involved in their land deals and avoided tax on land transfers. And now, they (IAC) want to appoint some retired judges from their own group to investigate the matter! These things will go on so long as there are ignorant peolple to listen and see their antics.
