Bangalore: Lokayukta Police Submits Not Guilty Report Against BSY, Somanna

Bangalore, Oct 22 (PTI): Lokayukta police today submitted a 'not guilty' report on a private complaint against former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, Housing Minister V Somanna and his family members, alleging illegal denotification of land.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Palakshaiah submitted "B" report in the complaint filed by Bangalore-based advocate Yogeshwar.

Judge N K Sudhindra Rao then adjourned the case to November 15 for further hearing.

Besides Yeddyurappa and Somanna, his (Somanna's) wife Shailaja and son Naveen were named as accused in the May 24 complaint and charged with illegal denotification of 33 acres of land in Nagadevanahalli in Doddaballapura rural limits for pecuniary gain, causing loss to the state exchequer.

The Lokayukta court had ordered probe into the complaint on July 11.

We all knew that this case was nothing but malign Yeddy only. Denotification is nothing new in India, if you probe all denotifications done by previous Congress Government all over India and JDS in Karnataka, Yeddy did nothing wrong. If denotification right of a “CM” is wrong then why probe against BJP CMs’ only? This is the same case as Iron Ore mining business all over India. In Karnataka, just because they are from BJP, all went to jail but nothing happened so far in Goa and Maharashtra? Anyhow, congratulations Yeddy, & here afterwards work hard to bring full BJP majority in next election in Karnataka and do whatever you want to make good of public services which is most benefitting common public only

YEDDY BRIBED THE LOKAUKTA POLICE TO GET NOT GUILTY REPORT. CROOKS ARE ALWAYS SAVED BY CROOKS. YEDDY IS RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT THOUGH SHETTAR IS THE PUPPET CM. SO DEFINITELY THE POLICE AND EVERYONE WILL BE SUPPORTIVE TO YEDDY IF RHY HAVE TO SURVIVE. SEE BOTH THE CHORS SO NICELY THEY ARE LAUGHING EVEN AFTER LOOTING KARNATAKA AND EVEN AFTER BEING JAILED. SHAMELESS CREATURES OF THE WORLD.

It took really good time to come to this stage. Still it is not over. May be big chunk still to be delivered - negotiations , negotiations - lower rung is paid off but higher is very tough.
The price to be paid for favourable "B" Report will be based on the present value of those 33 acres denotified years back.
But I am sure so far Judge S. Rao has been impeccable in his decisions in various cases, will not do a somersault in this case.
Let us hope that bouquet Yeddy\somanna carrying in the picture turns very thorny and full of foul smell!!

Of course, the cases have to loose grounds anymore & very soon he will be proven innocent. This is just 50% rewards he is getting by whom we all know and for what. Very soon cases will be ped against Janardhan Reddy also for which Sriramulu is doing the ground work. This is just reward for 50% job done by splitting their mother party. Should see what will be the rewards for 100% result. Supportors have already changed the prefix of Yeddi to most communal corrupted leader to "mass puller". I quote a statement made by Arun Jaitley few weeks back, " there are two type of judges in India, one who knows the law & the others who know the law minister".

BSY's prediction of becoming CM of KARNATAKAS for a second time in the year 2014 limping towards reality when we look @ his cases loosing grounds and officers submitting B report!!!!!!BSY,a fighting lion in the KARNATAKA POLITICAL HISTORY,sans corruptions and communal(the party he represented)could have been remained number one contender for the CM post of Karnataka once again.
