Car Driver of JD(S) Worker Held for Murder of Actress Hemashree

Bangalore, Oct 26 (PTI): The car driver of Kannada TV actress Hemashree's husband has been arrested in connection with her murder, police said. The woman's husband Surendra Babu, a JD(S) worker and realtor was arrested on October 10 in connection with her death.

A local court had on October 20 remanded Babu to 14 days judicial custody for allegedly murdering his wife. The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court Judge Rajshekhar V Patil had remanded Babu to judicial custody till Nov 3.

Babu was arrested on a complaint by the father of the actress, who died under mysterious circumstances. Hemashree,who had in the past complained of being harassed by Babu whom she married last year,was proceeding to Hyderabad along with him in a car when she felt giddy and started vomiting.

She was rushed to a hospital where she was declared brought dead.

    For investigation police need the driver.He can give lot of information about the facts took place during the journey!Dont blame the police for arresting the driver!The process of investigation is not so easy! every step needs strong evidences!Our laweyers try their level best to take the adventages of the loopholes during the time of enquiry in the court.The culprits are given the benifit of doubt!S0 police has to submit all facts and circumstancial evidences to the court.It is not so easy on the part of the police. Think before all these facts and coment or blame our police force.Firstof all, allow them to act freely without interfearing in their procedures!

    Medical reports shows that the overdose of cloroform is the cause of death and it is also inside car and husband accompanied with her other than driver. sO driver was arested? This is the question of political and monitory influence.Poor and ordinary people suffer like this.Wait and watch, what happening next..

    It has to be her husband who was with her in the car who was administering the chloroform every now and then and not the driver, who was busy driving.
    also Surendrababu telling the police "He had no intention of killing her".
    Now with the influence he has, trying to make the driver the "PATSY" may be by promising him loads of money, which he will never see, get in his life time or his relatives, if he agrees to the arrangement.
    This is a classic case where moneyed and influential people play with lives of ordinary people and get away with the crime THEY committed
    Will Surendrabau will have peace of mind after that!!!!

    Driver was arrested on the complaint of deceased's father!!Is there no post mortem report or forensic report yet?if oppn party is related to political bigwig/wealthy family then this case will not brought to logical end.WHAT IS THE MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES?D-CODE IT.
