Wondefull initiative by MCC. Such initiatives foster better relations between management and staff leading to better customer service by satisfied staff. Staff is the first customer and they in turn are better at handling the external customers. MCC has done very well in the past years and Banking is always ever green. Brand building and expansion of operational areas may be the key to future growth. Cooperative movement is a vital support in todays greed filled corporate world. All religions preached cooperative community not profit oriented destruction.
