Nothing is mentioned of the cause of the fire. I feel a lighted lamp may have fallen on some combustible substance and caused the fire. Since the family members were away attending a Diwali function they could not do anything. Very sad indeed.

It is a very sad incident. Let us pray to God to protect all of us from uncertainties in life.
Accidents and incidents do happen in spite of precautions and care. Anyway it is true that prevention is better than cure.

Being life itself is uncertain, we are living in a situation with full of uncertainties. It is unsure that whether a person will return back safe from shop, school (or any other place) or the house itself will be safe at the time of return from any occasion.

We are worried and sick about our unseen future, whereas our present itself is full of suspense, with no clarity. Our only option is to surrender everything to almighty God, for each and every moment of life.
