Mangalore, Nov 15: A one day workshop for the first year MBA students of  A J Institute of management, a constituent of Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (LMET), was conducted on November 13.

'Authentic, Attitude and action - towards authentic success', was the theme of the workshop.

Vinod Rao, director, Standard Automobiles, Mangalore was the chief guest of the programme.

He advised the students to maintain specific goals which will help them to march towards authentic success in al their endeavours.

Major Radhakrishna, professor of commerce and management, JCNM college Sringeri was the resource person. In his address he stated that programmes like these will provide sufficient knowledge and insight for students to build their career.

In his presidential address, Dr T Jayaprakash Rao, director of the institute appealed to the students to actively participate in the various management activities and skill that will help them to advance towards employment.

Meenakshi Rao, faculty coordinator, delivered the welcome speech, Aleena Lal proposed the vote of thanks and Manjunath Harikanth compered the programme.
