Mangalore: Kudroli Temple Gets Newly-built Air-conditioned Hall

Mangalore, Nov 17: The newly built air-conditioned hall ‘Jaya Suvarna’ and ‘Raghavendra K Sadana’ dining hall at Shri Gokarnanatheshwara Kshetra, Kudroli here were inaugurated by B Janaradhan Poojary by unveiling a plaque at the premises on Saturday November 17.

This is the fourth full-fledged wedding hall (with a seating capacity of 1000) constructed at Shri Gokarnatheshwara Kshetra.

In the inaugural address, B Janardhan Poojary said, "God will always protect those who engage in charity and donate a part of the income to the Temple. God will always recognize the service and contribution of people," he stressed.

"Our temple has been flooding with funds from donors. There is some power gracing the temple," he said.

Addressing the gathering, K P Nanjundi, businessman said, "I was born poor but with the grace of god, I have earned my living." He promised to offer a golden chariot to the temple after he recovers from the entire loan borrowed for his business. He also lauded the innovative efforts of B Janardhan Poojary and team towards the temple.

In the presidential address, Jaya C Suvarna, honorary president of Billawa Sangha extended his wholehearted support for all the activities and projects undertaken by the temple.

Sheela Divakar and Shaila were honoured with gold medals. Those who had rendered their services during the centenary and Dasara celebrations organized at the Temple were also felicitated.

Padmaraj, treasurer welcomed the guests and Manohar Prasad compered the programme.

Urmila Ramesh Kumar, co-chairman of Temple Development Committee, Raghavendra Kulur, Vedha Kumar, president of Bangalore Billawa Samaja, trustee Maheschandra, Devendra Poojary, Harikrishna Bantwal and others shared the dais.

    Kudroli Temple itself a great pride to South Kanara and Janardhana Poojary and his dedication to the temple it is a commendable action. I feel proud to Poojary and Pray for his good health and success always.

    B Janardhan Poojary you all along doing wonderful job for the samaj and for the society. Since My younger days I am closely watching you.I never come across a
    politician is possessing such dedication and clean and unblemished character as you posses.I also salute to you for your service towards billava samaj though some of our people are not having any value to this .They even forget to vote for you because they are mislead by some people in the name of protecting the Dharma. Your loan mela scheme was heartening to see because once upon a time the Banks doors are opened only to classes.you opened the door to masses. People were afraid enter the BANKS you made it to JANATA JANARDHAN BANK. GOD BLESS YOU . UNDERTAKE MNY MORE PORJECT.
