Abu Dhabi, Nov 21 (Emirates24x7): In a shocking development the Pakistani national who brutally murdered an Indian doctor in Abu Dhabi has committed suicide.

He committed suicide on November 10 in his prison cell and his body has also been repatriated to Pakistan and buried.

Jameeli (L) and Dr Rajan (R)

Mohammed Abdul Jameeli 46, who killed Dr Rajan Daniel on November 1, had earlier attempted suicide.

The news of his suicide has been confirmed by the Pakistani embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Jameeli was upset with the doctor about his treatment and had entered the hospital with knife that he had purchased from a grocery, grabbed Dr Rajan Daniel, a urologist and slaughtered him like a sheep inside his clinic. I remember my ex-colleauge's comment now who is from Paksitan. He said "jemini bhai..you,Indians think first, act next category & we,pakistanis act first, think next category".then he continued, you Indians stay together and pass comment from the back once you leave that palce..We Pakistanis stay together like real brothers, but stab from the front with knife for a very silly reason. I agree with his 2 Golden comments...!!

I feel very for Dr.Rajan and his family. It shouldn't have happened. May be Jameeli lost is temper, as he was desperate because of the death of his relative. For that certain time, may be he had no control over him. Because of the short temper many lose lives, relations etc. I don't blame Dr.Rajan, but those who have been in gulf countries knows better the medical expenses and treatments.

All the actions of Jameeli shows he is not in a normal mental condition!.Killing your doctor and then killing yourself it clear leads he is a psychiatric patient.

I wanted this guy's body parts to be chopped into pieces on a daily basis till he breaths last for the killing of an innocent medical professional.

This sick minded criminal does not believe in God, because the ailment and cure is from Him and the Doctor is only a source.

Even if he is not committed suicide, he would have anyway got hanged, sure.

I feel sorry about Doctor's family.

It is your experience...Mr.Gregory but that cannot be generalized and in my opinion probably it should not have been expressed in this context... unless of course you had that experience with late Dr. Daniel

please be aware that all Indian doctors in the gulf are not quacks... if we say so then we all who worked in the Gulf countries are quacks in our owns spheres... is it not?

Santhosh, UdupiI it is not pathans lose temper very fast but thier moral and values make them act and behave that way. Look at those countries where these guys live wars are never ending stories and countries are burning with fire but still nose is up and we are all down in thier view but we are always up with repsect, dignity, peace, happyness. Dr.Danile will be blessed with all our prayers and these thug pathan will burn life long in hell for his sins. Evil/devil lover go to hell Pahtan along with Kasab.

Mohammed Abdul Jameeli should have killed himself instead of killing Dr. Rajan Daniel. He took a precious life who was giving life to other people. He was scared that after killing the doctor he would be hanged to death as per laws in the gulf countries. Shame om him.
