Great news that Mangalore will have one 5 star hotel and some multistoried bulding. Good centre location. Congrats !!

Also great news to see every day one new multi storied building come up on every main road with multiple flats of 75 or more in one complex.

Also great to see that in our great city of Mangalore, there are no pavements to walk, there are no sufficient parking places for cars or 2 wheelers in the complexes given permission by the MCC. And now Police are putting locks on cars for parking on some road. Good.

Now what is going to be greater to see is, how our people will drive through Mangalore's one or one and half lane roads.

When big projects are permitted proper roads also should be made available to drive around.

Already roads are choked with traffic. Some places even 1 lane is not available to drive. Hope and pray that they will widen roads to enable smooth flow of traffic or come up with some other brilliant idea to reduce the traffic choking.

I fully endorse the views expressed herein by Bulsam,Mangalore.Though Mangalore has potentil of becoming No.1 teir II city and attain II city in IT,our MP has no potential to address to this.MP should have the potential to take the constituency forward which comes only if he has the commitment. We need selfless more vibrant leaders like late Ullal Srinivas Mallya. Its a illfate of the people that candidates are pitted by the poliitical parties here and every where nowdays on the basis of caste only.He is looked as a leader to mobilise/arouse people exploiting caste/religion factors only and NOT DEVELOPMENT.Today we need people like Late Ullal Srinivas Mallya to see Mangalore on top position in IT sector, other industrial sector. We can not expect this from BJP at least right now in Mangalore.Congress can make this if it agrees and exploit the situation by ing a suitable candidate who can follow the ideals of late Mallya. There are candidates in Mangalore who can make a turnaround.

A few years ago I was told that Mr Ramesh Kumar was building a very expensive project opposite to Dr TMA Pai International convention centre and I am glad to note that it has become a reality today. I have also heard that Mr Ramesh Kumar's dealings are very clean and most of his projects get sold out by word of mouth without much advertising. I wish him all the best on his flagship project and hoping to see bigger projects come up in Mangalore under his able leadership.

We were lacking in not having a 5-star hotel even when we had an international airport. Thank you to Ramesh Kumar for giving us this big news and we extend our congratulations to you and your family.
Even in IT sectors we have slipped from number two to number three, due to massive IT park development by Infosys, Wipro and others in Mysore. I wish the IT giants recognise the intelligent and educated people of this region and revive the status, back to number two.
The central Govt is shying away to bring heavy industries in our region. Our ministers and MPs are weak on their knees to promote our region. Come on, wake up!
Our NRIs should come forward and play more active role to pool in wealth to develop our ring road, Corniche, infra-structures, export oriented manufacturing units etc. I request the NRIs and the influential wealthy Indians to create a free zone and pool in the world giants to create a mini Dubai with world class multi-million dollar projects like skyscrapers, recreation centers, world exhibition centers, 3-4 tiers flyovers, marinas, knowledge village, internet city, health tourism, film city, agricultural & cottage industrial marketing center etc in our backyard.
    Jai Hind!

Its indeed a great moment, to hear that a 5 star Hotel will be built, location exactly opposite a fine convention center. Its long due and most needed. Ramesh Kumar sutis the tab aptly, with his mellow media publicity but ethical construction. Good luck and best wishes , it will be a valuable addage to Mangalore. Recall in 1985 Chandra Hotel was supposed to be a 5 star hotel but turned to UMC!!! at Jyothi. All are best wishes and prayers wishing you a grand sucess.

Congratulations Mr. Ramesh Kumar on your new project. You are known for your "quality" work. I know that this will be a dream project and will change the scenario of M.G. Road. Now it is high time MCC wakes up and provides the necessary infrasture around your project site which is the hub of Mangalore city. I HOPE WE DO NOT HAVE TO CROSS "POTHOLE" ROADS TO REACH YOUR 5 STAR HOTEL...
