Singapore to Deport 29 Chinese Bus Drivers


Singapore, Dec 2 (IANS): A total of 29 Chinese bus drivers will be deported from Singapore after their work permits were revoked following a rare protest.

Another driver will be charged in court Monday for his role in the recent no-show. Four others had been arrested and charged in court for inciting an illegal strike Thursday, Xinhua quoted the manpower ministry as saying Saturday.
