'Jeena Hai Toh...' Director's Next Political Drama


Mumbai, Dec 2 (IANS): "Jeena Hai Toh Thok Daal" director, Manish Vatsalaya is all set to work on next film titled "Dusherra". A political drama, it goes on floors February next year.

"I am working on my next film 'Dusherra'. The script has been locked and the shooting will start from February end next year. At the moment the songs are being recorded," Vatsalaya told IANS.

Calling it a political film, he says it is dedicated to the Indian Police, bureaucrats and IPS officers.

Talking about the cast of the film, he said: "We have finalised the cast, but we cannot reveal it at the moment."

The film will be shot in Satara, near Pune.

"We are looking at releasing it on Dusherra, which is Oct 11 next year," said Vatsalaya.

"Jeena Hai Toh..." was the 32-year-old's directorial debut, which featured himself and actors Ravi Kissen, Yashpal Sharma, Rahul Kumar. It released Sep 14 this year.
