Mangalore: JD(S) Launches Christian Minority, NRI Cell - Elias, Pramod to Lead

Mangalore, Dec 3: “Two new cells of JD(S),  Christian minority cell and  NRI cell have been launched”, said JD(S) district president M B Sadashiva.
 


Elias Sanctis and Pramod Pinto


He spoke at the press meet held at Hotel Ocean Pearl on Monday December 3 at 4 pm.
 
He said that with a view to encourage and associate the Christian minorities in the state, the new cells have been formed. The new NRI cell will help in developing a strong bond between NRIs from different parts of the world, he added.
 
Pramod Pinto has been selected as the district president of the Christian Minority cell.
 
Elias Sanctis has been selected as the convener of JD(S) state NRI cell.
 
JD(S) leaders like Sadanand Shetty, Susheel Noronha, Elias Sanctis, Pramod Pinto, M G Hegde and others were present.

    Congrats Pramod being elected as a President of Christian Minority cell.But sorry I do not think your party will win comfortable seats in the next elections and I would rather prefer to vote for KJP without VHS,Bajrang Dal and Sri Rama Sene which will win majority of the seats.With KJP,I am sure it will cut the votes of Congress,BJP and your Appa Makkala party JDS.And if KJP wins atleast 50 to 70 seats in the coming assembly election in March 2013,Mr.Yediyurappa will be the KING MAKER of next Government

    All NRIs and Christians,
    let us not forget the contribution of anti-socials like Mahendra Kumar who committed the dirtiest crimes in Christian history in Coastal K'taka and jumped from BJP to this headless JD(S) party!!

    Let us not forget that this a trap by JD(S) to woo NRIs and Christian to their losing party as elections are near.

    We NRIs had good for nothing Capt.?Ganesh Karnik, who did nothing for us, and although I cannot speak of Elias Sanctis, I hope JD(S) who tried in vain to woo Christians during last Udupi/Chikmagalur Lok Sabha election and lost to J.P. Hegde, will do something sensible, concrete and longlasting for the benefits of Christians and NRIs alike.

    Very few christians dare or care to get into politics. Political representation, irrespective of the party is the need of the hour for our survival. I must congratulate Elias Sanctis and Pramod Pinto for taking this bold step. JD-S may not be the right choice, but atleast this will encourage other christians to get into politics.

    This is another way to target NRI for party funds. If this is the case, then no one should contribute for any Political Party for that matter. They are not able to amend the Gold Import rule of 3 decades ago but they formed NRI Cell what for? To solve the problem of NRI or create problem for NRI?
