Woman Took Hubby’s Money to Pay his Killers

Bangalore, Dec 6 (DHNS) : A woman took money from her unsuspecting husband and paid contract killers to bump him off, police revealed on Wednesday.

M Kumar, a realtor, was hacked to death on November 19 near the Srinagar bus stand. A senior police officer, who led the investigation, told Deccan Herald that initially the needle of suspicion pointed to Kumar’s business rivals. However, when the probe yielded little result, police started interrogating his family members and relatives.

“We found the call details of Kumar’s wife Mangala’s mobile phone intriguing. She had been in constant touch with Kiran Kumar, her paramour, for the past several months. She had also called him just after her husband was killed. When we grilled Kiran, he confessed to the crime,” the officer said.

Police have also arrested the hired killers Anil Kumar alias Ani, 21; Keshav Kumar alias Keshav, 27; Deepu, 27; and Nagesh, 22, — all residents of Jaraganahalli.

Kiran, a final year BE (Computer Science) student at Vivekananda Institute of Engineering, is a distant relative of Mangala. He started an affair with her about a year and a half ago.

A few months back, Kumar had caught his wife and Kiran in the act and warned him not to come to his house again. That is when Kiran and Mangala hatched a conspiracy to eliminate him, police said.

Kiran roped in his pre-degree collegemate Anil Kumar, also a resident of Jaraganahalli, to execute the plan.

Anil, who had dropped out of college and is driving an autorickshaw for a living, agreed to do the job for Rs 3 lakh. Mangala took Rs 60,000 from her husband and paid it as advance to Anil who brought three others and murdered Kumar.

Dear husbands, now a days wives don't want your money alone, they are very possessive in nature and always look forward your time, they need sympathy and kind care. all i want to say is,you should keep time to satisfy your spouse,in between the busy schedule of your work, holidaying together, and donate your listening ear.Don't ever keep your wives in the 4 walls of a house which leads to frustration and lonliness, never ever criticise negatively,be it personal or a family issue.and never believe your business partners or friends blindly and do not use them as your guards when you are away.there should be freedom with control.

Those who are suggesting a divorce - yes - M. Kumar should have gone for a divorce when he himself found his wife being unfaithful to him.
But, if readers here say Manjula should have taken a divorce -
That was not her plan. She wanted good living with her husbands money.
The paramour was for servicing only and I do not think he had any money to keep her happy outside sex.
That is why M. Kumar was eliminated - to have a happy serviced life and her husbands money too.

Mangala did the most foolish thing in life. Now you and your team rot in jail. You killed a innocent and hard working man just to be with another man. It is a shame. If you wanted another man, you could have divorced or left him alone to live a peaceful life.

I blame Mr. M Kumar. After he caught his wife red handedly, he should have applied for divorce. Poor Kumar lost his life because of wicked women.

Well...there is nothing new . Its women empowerment , so its 50:50 in crime too!.../ / Chairman of NCW recently said section 498A should be amended , so looks like she opening upto to men issues too. But what about Commission for men in centre , we cannot live in sympathy of NCW chairman. // @ kanta , google up , there are lot of men rights group coming up ( specially in pune ,bangalore , lucknow , delhi and nagpur) , you can spread awareness at grass root level. Also 24*7 counselling centre in pune for 498a victims.

A very good Investment plan but result is fatal. Instead of divorcing him, she took his money to kill him. I think Kumar was a good person not to divorce his wife though he caught them red handedly. But Kumar’s kindness took his life too. Bad dealing with “Hennu, Honnu and Mannu” will never lead to good life is proven once again
