i prefer all the schools must hold emergency evacuation and first aid training sessions in school. Most of the time when there is an emergency people panic and don't know what to do. even a small wound is not treated properly due to lack of knowledge and by the time the treatment is done it goes worse...

These demonstrations are done not to show that police or fire team can do all these things, its done to give training for other people to respond on emergency situation.

A demonstration on how to rescue from the moral police would have been a better choice in the present scenario.

No use of all these demonstrations because in India no govt. body come on time. Whether its Police or fire brigade's unless and until they maintain their time no use of such demonstrations... its just waste of Time. The police and fire brigades department should be given training on time management first.

Very nice. They should teach and practice at every school whenever they can. So that kids and adults can learn how to handle emergencies without hurting each others

Interesting ! Good for kids from learning point of view.
Just my concern : Number of buildings in Mangalore are equiped with these tools I don't think water supply available as per fire code in each building. There could be many other concerns.
