Mark Wahlberg Plans Story on Hacker


London, Dec 14 (IANS): American actor and producer Mark Wahlberg is set to produce a film based on the life of a hacker.

The "Broken City" actor could also take on a role in the Universal movie, which is being scripted by co-producer Jonathan Herman, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

The story will be based on a piece written by David Kushner for GQ magazine called "The Hacker Is Watching".

Wahlberg and Herman have previously produced "Contraband" for Universal and are also developing action comedy "Bait and Switch" and thriller "The Disciple Program" for the studio.
