Nowadays we read news about punitive actions by forest/police official for torchering moneys, those breed birds, parrots, who have flair for snake collections for breding etc.,I fail to understand whether same rules applicable to birds, snakes, monkeys aplly to he baffellows too which are being torchered oin the name of Kambala.Whether forest/police officials are afraid because these so called rural sports are managed by affluents/powerful people.
