ANP Leader, 13 Others Injured in Pakistan Blast


Islamabad, Jan 12 (IANS): At least 14 people, including ruling Awami National Party leader Basher Khan, were injured in a blast in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province Saturday.

The incident occurred in Charsadda town when Khan's convoy was on its way to a court.

Thirteen others were injured in the remote-controlled blast, police said.

On Thursday, at least 22 people were killed and 65 injured in a blast in the province's Swat district.
