    DAER OSWALD,
    DON'T BE CYNICAL HERE.
    BE REALISTIC.
    LOOK AT THE CONSTRUCTION.
IT IS ONLY 2 LATERS OF STONES FOR DRAWING PLATFORM WHEREAS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MINIMUM 3 LAYERS.
LUCKY THAT CHILDREN OR ANIMALS DID NOT FALL IN THERE SO FAR.
THIS IS A RANK UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT.
KINDLY KEEP YOUR UNCALLED FOR CURIOSITY IN CHECK.
FACTS ARE SACRED AND COMMENTS ARE FREE.

May be true or not necessarily its true coz for decades the family members have been fetching waters. if you see in villages at many of the places most of the wells are open and NO fencing. I feel it is better to probe investigation . I feel very sorry for children..RIP.

ALWAYS PLEASE PROTECT FROM FALLING RISK.
NORMALLY WE NEVER REALIZE THESE PERILS.
BUT AS RARE AS THEY ARE WHEN HAPPEN GIVE US UNBEARABLE PAIN AND MISERY WHICH WILL LAST LONG IN MEMORY.
PLEASE MY DEAR PEOPLE, SAFETY IS NOT LIMITED TO ENGINEERING ALONE.
WE MUST ALL TRY AND LOCATE POTENTIAL RISKS IN NORMAL AREAS TO SAVE THE INNOCENT FROM GOING AWAY FROM US WHEN THEY ARE MOST LOVED.
MY HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES TO THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY.
NEVER GIVE UP MY BROTHER AND DAUGHTER.
    PLEASE KEEP GOING.

Sad news. When such incident happens human tenancy is to "suspect" suicide. But frankly I don't think, this should form the heading of the news item. It hurts the family. Let her soul rest in peace.

Sad incident. One simple life is gone, future of two young girls is lost. Support of her husband is gone. Never keep low boundary for such wells, where any body can fall so easily. My sister also fell down once while catching wrong side of rope. But there was hardly any water in April. Why there is no pump in Padil ?
May God give enough strength to bear this grief.
