    Good DK
really sad- please get some information and knowledge from the US fire fighters. They are leap years ahead in technology. Mangalore should set an example for this.

The Current people in the picture are fire extinguishers on a suicide mission and not fire fighters. Sad - all our money goes to feed poiticians and their security- not for the front line fighters.

    We need

4 major fire houses in 4 corners of the city and atleast 5 volunteer fire fighting places ( 1 engine and and 1 ambulance_ems) .

Highschool and college kids should get credits for training and volunteering . Even professionals and criminals who are being rehabilitated can get certified and tax exemptions.

Funding should be from Govt- state and local and fund raisers from public

They should have CPR classes and d training yearly. The field is changing fast.

that is what we do in the US. Fire fighters and a pride of the community.
