I do agree to certain extent with Sawmiji's views with regard to Tulu culture. As a child we had lot of Hindu neighbours with their mother tongue as Tulu. The elders taught their children to respect the elders, help the underprivileged and even while addressing the kids they used the plural form. they inculcated the social values, the adages and the tulu Janapada stories were relyed verbally. I really they are available on the net now-a-days. the stories of Koti Chennaya, Agoli Manjanna, Bhoothala Pandya and many more. Now a days the people are too busy playing the political game rather than protecting their female children and respecting them. Wish the good olden days of comradiary return without the curse of division by caste, creed and religion and all are united as one nation the Indian / Bharatiya person. May God Bless You all.
