So much of wealth, property owned illigaly by corrupt politicians caught by lokayukt for last few years. I think Soon all the poor who do not have a house, will get atleast 3 cents of land for free. And money will be distributed in all the wards where people voted in recent election.

BUT IN BSY'S CASE MAY BE NO PAYMENT AND THERE IS NO WRONG DOING. HENCE NO SECOND REPORT AND NO NEWS AFTERTHAT. OTHERWISE IT COULD BE A NEWS EVERYDAY IF SOME CLUE FOUND.
I HOPE NOW IT IS CLEAR TO YOU. BEING A BANGALOREAN IT IS SIMPLE TO KNOW SUCH THINGS. ULTIMATELY EVERYBODY WANT THEIR SHARE IN THE WRONG DOINGS.

Did I read correctly ? "Properties involved amounted to Rs 1.80 crore for ten government officials". Is lokayukta just targeting small fish ?

We many time get to read this first raid on various ministers\officials etc etc. But after that what happened to the "income beyond one's means" etc. shady land acquiring deals etc etc.\caught on the spot bribe taking officials
Have they been taken to task? Have the authorities confiscated the ill-gotten wealth? Has anyone sent to jail by the Lokayukta? why that news does not appear anywhere?
I would surely like to know afermath of the raids. News said Easwarappa's premises were raided after that no news.
Just raiding without punishing the wrong doers, has no meaning at all.

if they find guilty pls. publish corrupt officers family photos in the newspaper and TV.
so they can think 100 times before accept black money.

Excellent news, you are right Bro. Ismail K. Perinje/KSA.
In Karnataka any amount of raids will remain a news in the news paper on the day of raid and media will make the cake out of it but the wrong doers will remain Scot free on account of political intervention, when will such offenders be booked ? and rigorously punished ? God only knows!!
