Deepti was taken to the Deepak Memorial Hospital where doctors declared her brought dead.

Bishan Das, who received two bullets in his shoulder and stomach, was initially taken to Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan Hospital from where he was shifted to Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital where he is under treatment but stated to be out of danger.

Pawan Kumar, 30, a resident of east Delhi's New Usmanpur area, was on the run after fleeing from the spot of shooting, leaving his weapon, cartridges and car outside the Metro station.
