Mangalore, Mar 31: Effective March 31, the following is the summer schedule of Air India Express and Air India flights from and to Mangalore.


Air India Express Schedule

IX 383 Departure from Mangalore to Dubai 1400 hrs.
IX 384 Arrival from Dubai into Mangalore at 1725 hrs - Daily
IX 813 Departure from Mangalore to Dubai 2005 hrs.
IX  814 Arrival from Dubai into Mangalore at 0955 hrs - Daily


IX 489 Departure from Mangalore to Kuwait 1825 hrs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays
IX 490 Arrival from Kuwait to Mangalore at 0725 hrs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays


IX 817 Departure from Mangalore  to Abu Dhabi-Muscat  at  1005 hrs. 
IX 818 Arrival from Abu-Dhabi - Muscat at 1955 hrs -  Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays


IX 385 Departure from Mangalore to Dammam at 1700 hrs on Wednesdays, Saturdays. 
IX  386 Arrival from Dammam into Mangalore at 0320 hrs on Thursdays, Sundays.


IX 821 Departure from Mangalore to Doha at 0800 hrs
IX 822 Arrival from Doha into Mangalore at 1710 hrs on Fridays


IX 819 Departure from Mangalore to Bahrain at 1100 hrs 
IX 820 arrival from Bahrain into Mangalore is 2000 hrs on Saturdays


IX 805 Departure from Mangalore to Bangalore at 1615 hrs
IX 508 arrival from Bangalore into Mangalore is 1900 hrs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday, Saturdays.


IX 820 Departure from Mangalore to Mumbai at 2100 hrs
IX 244 Arrival from Mumbai into Mangalore at 1530 hrs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.


IX 490 Departure from Mangalore to Cochin at 0825 hrs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays.
 IX 489 arrival from Cochin into Mangalore is 1725 hrs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays.


Air India

AI 680 Departure from Mangalore to Mumbai is 1250 hrs and Arrival from Mumbai into Mangalore is 1215 hrs Daily


AI 9508 Departure from Mangalore to Bangalore is 1750 hrs and AI 9507 from Bangalore into Mangalore is 1720 hrs on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

    THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS NOT AS EXEPECTED WHEN COMPARED WITH OTHER AIRLINES,HOPE THEY MAY SERVE BETTER SINCE JET AIRWAYS STARTED.

    The new schedule timings is good but mangalore to bahrain weekly 2 flights needed.it is very difficult for mangalore and udupi district people to travel.

    This schedule suppose to fix long back, so that May-2010 crash should have been avoided.

    The new schedule has very convenient timings and should be welcomed by those working in the Gulf countries. Thank you Air India Express. We only hope they continue with their good work and refrain from being complacent.

    Great to see the national airlines committed to Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) as there are no deletions in schedule, rather 3 flights have extended services. The convienence of onward connections from Middle East to several European destinations have been taken into consideration & this should help onward bound passengers from Mangaluru. Kudos to Air India Express & now we need to hope that timings are described is maintained. It augurs well from MIA that AIE keeps one spare plane grounded at MIA for exegencies especially due to low cost factor & availibility of hangar at MIA
