Three more MLAs jump off BJP ship in Karnataka

Bangalore, Apr 4 (PTI): In continuing desertions from the ruling BJP in poll-bound Karnataka, three more MLAs today quit it eyeing to join other parties.

Two of them -- Madal Virupakshappa and S V Ramachandra -- are set to be candidates of the B S Yeddyurappa's Karnataka Janatha Paksha (KJP) while Raju Gouda alias Narasimha Naik is in touch with the JDS, sources said.

Gouda had resigned from the ministership recently amid indications that he would join the Congress. It now appears that he has apparently failed to get a Congress ticket.

Meanwhile, the BJP is to organise a rally here on April 8 which would be attended by the party President Rajnath Singh, Leaders of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley respectively, officially launching its campaigning for the May 5 elections.

BJP sources said the party would finalise tomorrow at least 140 candidates of the total 224 Assembly seats.

It does not matter whether BJP is going to win or lose - but
I am stunned and puzzled how people turn around and desert their party once the sailing is not so good. Just abandon and go to join some other party? Don't these BJP ministers\officials have respect for their Party at all? Is BJP such a ordinary gutter level party?
See here in this forum even - the staunchest followers of BJP - Nayak,Shetty both just vanished and poojary only making his presence felt with some not so good remarks (quips) and few others - all have gone very feeble -
It is utter disgrace such weak minded followers are of BJP and utterly disgraceful Miniters of that party.
BJP may have paid such a lot to Somanna\Kumar etc. to stay in the party.
The situation is so pitiable and they are talking of coming to power at the center!!!!
How is that Shettar is still claiming majority in the Govt.?
Like I am saying, here will so many endorsing my views - whether BJP comes to power in the center or not it does not bother me - but they should be chased out of Karnataka for all the atrocities they committed against the people of Karnataka especially the minorities. People cried, mothers cried every one cried finally in desperation cursed - and may be that is what affecting them now.
They realised their mistake but there was no remorse when they asked for peoples' forgiveness for their blunders!!! There also they wanted to fool the public!!!
I hope it is bye bye - bye

BJP is a sinking ship. Their leaders are saying that they will contest in all 224 constituencies. Its open secret that they are still searching for candidates to field. Daily bass their sitting MLAs are running away from the field without facing a single ball.

Still BJP has majority in Assembly?MURGESH Nirani,Ind minister might follow them tomorrow!!!C-FORE/Headlines Survey now tend to cement Congress prospects as more BJP MLAs are thinking TALAAQ to BJP before election....It is now feared that BJP may not cross 50 MLAs and Congress's revolt and decent may bring that numbers possible.

Somanna, the most popular Aya Ram Gay Ram tried his level best in Congress but failed!! Some are how R Ashok and Anath Kumar virtually fell his feet to stay in BJP which is worked out.BJP's big leaders reaching MLAs to request them not to desert party says the sorry state of the BJP of Karnataka!!!Why it happened/BSY factor alone? No, definitely no ..It is just because mismanagement in the Govt level as well as party level made this sorry state of BJP Karnataka increasingly looks A LAUGHING STOCK DAY BY DAY.....also in the eve of crucial Assembly election..SOMETHING IS WRONG IN THE PARTY FOR SURE?
