Mangalore: Eat ice creams for a chance to win IPL tickets!

Media Release

Mangalore, May 11: This summer season, Icy Creamz and The 3 Hungry Men, the city's only food reviewing group, will present 'IPL Ice Cream Premiere League', an ice cream eating competition, co-sponsored by Pepsi in association with 92.7 Big FM.

The competition will be held on Sunday May 12 at Hangyo's Icy Creamz, Divya Deepa Arcade, Bendoorwell. The winning team will get free IPL tickets.

Nikhil Pai, the founder-member of The 3 Hungry Men said, "This time we are excited as some of the fiercest eaters from Mangalore will compete for the prized free IPL tickets that await the winning team."

Colin D'Souza, the other founder-member, said, "We will have three challenging rounds to test the overall ability of the teams. This time we have limited the number of teams to only 30 for a fair competition."

He added that entry tickets are strictly sold on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Icy Creamz outlet. "There will be no spot entries this time," he said.

Nikhil added further, "We have a reputation of giving all our contestants their money's worth! Therefore all teams participating will have to pay Rs 100 per team of two people, and at the same time they get a voucher worth Rs 100 which can be redeemed at Icy CreamZ. With the 3 Hungry Men we keep everyone happy."
