Mangalore: Youth from city reported missing

Mangalore, May 14: Kaushal B (17), son of B Ganesh Shastri from Kodical Alagudde in the city has gone missing since May 6, as per a complaint filed by his father.

The boy had left home on May 6, telling his parents that he had decided to- work in Bangalore. Later, he told them over phone that he had decided not to take up the said job, and to return home. Ganesh Shastri, in his complaint, said that after May 9, he has not been able to contact his son, and that Kaushal had neither called him nor returned home since then.

The teenager was six feet tall, with fair complexion. He was wearing black jeans and black T shirt when he left home. He can converse in Kannada, English, Tulu and Hindi languages, the parents said. The policemen have requested people having any information about the boy to contact Urwa police station in the city.
