Bangalore, May 21: Former Chief Minister and KJP Chief B S Yeddyurappa suffered a major legal setback when the Karnataka High Court on Tuesday dismissed his petition against the two private complaints on alleged illegal land denotification registered against him before the Lokayukta court.

High Court Judge, Justice Anand Byrareddy, dismissed Yeddyurappa’s petition observing that it was “premature” at this juncture.

The High Court directed the former chief minister to approach the lower court as it was the correct forum.

Yeddyurappa and his two sons - B Y Raghavendra, Lok Sabha member, and B Y Vijayendra - and son-in-law R N Sohan Kumar were among those named in the complaints filed by advocate Sirajin Basha in the Lokayukta court.

The two complaints from Advocatge Sirajin Basha pertain to alleged illegal denotification of lands in Rachenahalli, Vayali Kaval House Building Cooperative Society area and H S R Layout in Bangalore.

    what goes around comes around!
    Every dog has its day.
when you are elected to power -look after the people -work for them - they gave you the vote and the mandate-your job was to govern with leadership and not sell Karnataka with support of 72 MLA s & the cops .
This is the eye opener for the rest and recent govt.
Work for the nation -work for the people with a even hand and just
Bring in JANLOKPAL bill &Right to recall.
    We the people come first.
Govt servants are the servants of the janatha -the people.
Draw ambitious plans -plenty of work to do to bring the standards -=quality and prosperity of the people and not like yeddy -reddy- looting the wealth for themselves?
People of karnataka are intelligent and qualified.
Youngsters are bright and they will decide the future.
there is no more privacy or secrecy- even your thought will be read.
so be careful and work In transparency-accountability- honestly - hard work
    only will speak. .

He was hailed as the best CM who was responsible for bringing BJP to power in South India. Here in this forum they would not take a word against him, even when he was sent to jail. He was honest even then. There were so many accusations against him on various anomalies of his rule. Those same people started spitting on him when he had to resign as CM. He became bad for them overnight.
Now one by one cases are cropping up as if they are catching up with his past. People cursed when they were not heard of their innocence and were jailed.
Is it pay back time now? Those tears the innocent shed having the effect?
    Looks that way.
