Moodbidri, Jan 4 (10-30 pm): Wednesday was the second day of Virasat 2006. There was overwhelming response with an estimated crowd of 15,000 visiting the venue.

The star attraction of the day was renowned vocalist and playback singer K J Jesudas, who was in concert with a troupe from Chennai.

Virasat 2006 affords art-lovers to appreciate performances by internationally-renowned artistes, brought here by Dr M Mohan Alva, president of the Alva's Education

Fourndation. Every day there would be two performances. The first from 6-30 am to 8-30 pm, and thereafter the second.

The second to perform on Wednesday was Sonal Mansingh, with her dance 'Sudhama Krishan' accompanied by 15 other artistes.
