Mangalore, Jun 8: “The Karnataka Komu Souharda Vedike on Sunday June 9 will organize an interaction programme and convention to thank the voters and the MLAs who won against the BJP,” said K L Ashok, state general secretary, Komu Souharda Vedike.

The programme will be held on Sunday at St Aloysius College auditorium at 4 pm.

“Leaders like B K Hariprasad, Rajya Sabha member Oscar Fernandes, urban minister Vinay Kumar Sorake, health minister U T Khader, forest minister Ramanath Rai, MLA J R Lobo, MLA Vasanth Bangera, MLA Shakunthala Shetty, and MLA Pramod Madhwaraj will be part of the event,” he said.

“During the programme, without any hesitation, people can talk to the elected representatives about various issues,” said Ashok.

Speaking about the elected representatives, he said that the leaders should ensure that no immoral activities take place in the society.

Suresh Shetty Bakrabailu, district president, Karnataka Komu Souharda Vedike, P B D’Sa from PUCL, Ali Hassan, Walter Maben, and Ismail were also present.
