Udupi: Mendonca brothers unite in death

Udupi, Jun 9: In rather a rare incident reported at Padubelle, two brothers breathed their last on the same day, and both suffered from a brief illness.

The residents of Padubelle Ambrose Mendoca (83) passed away early morning Saturday June 8 at 5.30, followed by his younger brother John Mendonca who breathed last at 9.20 am. Their house is located near Padubelle higher primary school.

Ambrose Mendonca leaves behind his wife, son and a daughter. John Mendonca was bachelor.

The funeral ceremony will be held at Pamboor Holy Cross Church at 3.30 pm on Sunday, June 9.
