Bangalore: High court grants bail to four accused in home stay attack

Daijiworld Media Network –Bangalore (SP)

Bangalore, Jun 15: The state high court, on Friday June 14, granted conditional bail to four of the accused, involved with the attack on a home stay in Mangalore. A gang had attacked revelers of a birthday party on July 28, 2012, alleging immoral activities and use of drugs.

Taranath, Shailesh and Rajesh

Advocate for the accused, R B Deshpande, pointed out that the high court had already granted bail to journalist, Naveen Soorinje, one of the accused in the case. He also added that the policemen have already completed their investigation, and filed charge sheet. He also pleaded to grant bail to them, as they were not directly involved with the incident.

The single judge bench chaired by Justice Anand Byrareddy, which heard the bail petition of fourth accused, Shreyas, fifth accused, Taranath Kumar, eighth accused, Rajesh, and 12th accused, Shailesh Shetty, granted conditional bail to all of them.

The bail was granted on the condition that each of the accused has to furnish bonds of Rs 20,000 each, along with a personal surety. They were directed not to destroy evidences, cooperate with the police in their investigation, and to be personally present at court hearing.

U are correct. The court must give them certain uniform of recognition until they clear the case. Nowadays any criminal/murderer or rapist can come and ask for votes and get elected and the people will come to know only if some body tells them that he is a criminal and he is on bail.

    BOLLU,
Only those guys who were arrested and were in jail attacked the homestay. No women/children/youngsters/local leaders are permitted to attack the homestay as per Indian law. If anybody has any problems with the homestay go and inform the police and follow up with the police to take action. That's it.....
If you are encouraging such attacks by any individual, then be careful your neighbours also may attack your house in future saying that you were doing something wrong in your house.

Bollu Mr. Can you please tell me how many women & children also were taken to police custody? Don't be ignorant. The whole world knows and has seen what the goons whom you and your alike Mr.Jeevan term as 'innocent' have done with the girls.

Be it birthday they were celebrating or Romancing with a candle...it's none of the business of any women/children or local leader to barge into the rooms and physically assault and loot their phones, money, gold and even their jacket - and you call them 'innocent'?

If the police was receiving Hafta - why did not they barge into the police station and question the police? No guts?

According to me - These guys who attacked women are not 'Men' - but 'eunachs'?
